Not so much a blog as a progress of record. The Glorious Decade is my version of those 'things to do before...' lists that we all make. The aim is to complete this list before the 31st of December 2019.

Plenty of time...

I have split the list into ten sections:

1. Travel and Holidays
2. Nature and the Countryside
3. Adventures/ Big Days Out
4. Food and Drink
5. Life
6. Things to Make and Do
7. Literature
8. Arts and Culture
9. Britain
10. The Really Quite Difficult

If you have any suggestions or want to debate or celebrate any of my choices. If you have done some of them and want to offer help or advice. Drop me a comment or two in the comment boxes.

Here are the 100 targets for The Glorious Decade.

76. Bruce Willis Fest

What is a Bruce Willis Fest?

Well. Let me explain...
I love the Willis. Love his films, love his tv work, heck, I even love his albums.

So why not celebrate this love with a mini film festival?

But then if something is worth doing...

At the very least Bruce Willis Fest would have to include Blind Date, The Return Of Bruno, Sunset, Die Hard, In Country, Die Hard 2, Bonfire of the Vanities, Hudson Hawk, The Last Boy Scout, Death Becomes Her, Striking Distance, North, Pulp Fiction, Die Hard With A Vengeance, Twelve Monkeys, Last Man Standing, Fifth Element, The Jackal, Mercury Rising, Armageddon, The Siege, Breakfast of Champions, The Story of Us, The Whole Nine Yards, Disney's The Kid, Unbreakable, Bandits, Hart's War, Tears Of The Sun, The Whole Ten Yards, Hostage, Sin City, 16 Blocks, Lucky Number Slevin, Perfect Stranger, Live Free or Die Hard, What Just Happened, Assassination of a High School President, Surrogates...

Then there are all the films with cameos, what about them?

And what about Moonlighting? There are 67 episodes.

Essentially his career will need to be squeezed into five 15 hour days (9am - midnight, Monday to Friday) A week of Willis.

Perhaps the most difficult part of Bruce Willis Fest will be convincing anyone else on earth to accompany me. The most obvious candidates are Big Bad Bob and Dan; two men with strong stomachs, long boredom thresholds and a love of the great man.

Anyone else? If you fancy a bit of Willis and want to sign up for Bruce Willis Fest, or if you can recommend particular episodes of Moonlighting or even if you just want to give any messages of support or encouragement, then drop a comment in the comments box.
