Not so much a blog as a progress of record. The Glorious Decade is my version of those 'things to do before...' lists that we all make. The aim is to complete this list before the 31st of December 2019.

Plenty of time...

I have split the list into ten sections:

1. Travel and Holidays
2. Nature and the Countryside
3. Adventures/ Big Days Out
4. Food and Drink
5. Life
6. Things to Make and Do
7. Literature
8. Arts and Culture
9. Britain
10. The Really Quite Difficult

If you have any suggestions or want to debate or celebrate any of my choices. If you have done some of them and want to offer help or advice. Drop me a comment or two in the comment boxes.

Here are the 100 targets for The Glorious Decade.

86. Walsall Leather Museum

You may not know this but Walsall, the town of my birth, was once famous across Europe for the quality of the saddles and other leather works that it produced. Very little remains today of that industry but one thing that does is the Walsall Leather Museum. My family, like many in Walsall, were once employed by the leather industry and yet I have never got round to visiting this museum. Next time I am down there perhaps. Maybe I will take my mom.
