Not so much a blog as a progress of record. The Glorious Decade is my version of those 'things to do before...' lists that we all make. The aim is to complete this list before the 31st of December 2019.

Plenty of time...

I have split the list into ten sections:

1. Travel and Holidays
2. Nature and the Countryside
3. Adventures/ Big Days Out
4. Food and Drink
5. Life
6. Things to Make and Do
7. Literature
8. Arts and Culture
9. Britain
10. The Really Quite Difficult

If you have any suggestions or want to debate or celebrate any of my choices. If you have done some of them and want to offer help or advice. Drop me a comment or two in the comment boxes.

Here are the 100 targets for The Glorious Decade.

97. Put On An Exhibition Of My Work

At school I was told by my art teacher, rather dismissively, that I had "a strong style" which she and I both knew meant that she thought I was shit. Maybe she was right, maybe she was wrong. I can picture great things in my head but I struggle to translate them to the page. What I need is practice.

And as we are on the 'difficult' section I thought I would set myself a challenge - To have an exhibition of my own work somewhere. If Mrs Archbold was right I will fail, but if she was wrong...I will probably still fail.
